Cancellation policy

Subscriptions



Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged every month for the Subscription Plan you have signed up for.

You MUST CALL OUR SUPPORT CENTER at 800.548.7067 to CANCEL your service. We do not accept cancellations through our emails or via our online platforms, such as Google My Business or Social channels. Upon completion of this call, you will receive emailed confirmation of your cancellation, and a return shipping label. For security purposes, we will not cancel service unless we speak with the account owner, or we receive legal confirmation that the account owner is not able to present themselves. 

Purchased Equipment: After the trial period, the customer is the owner of all equipment IF purchased. If cancelled before trial period expires, you will be issued a shipping label to return any equipment in it's original packaging, and will all the cords, etc. If you do not receive a shipping label, please call Customer Service and request one. You must return the equipment within 30 days for your refund to be issued. 

EaaS/Monthly Payment for Equipment:  All EaaS equipment remains property of My Wave Wireless for the duration of your subscription. If you cancel before or after the trial period, you will be issued a shipping label to return any equipment in it's original packaging, and will all the cords, etc. If you do not receive a shipping label, please call Customer Service and request one. You must return the equipment for your refund to be issued. Upon cancellation, the equipment must be returned within 30 DAYS of cancellation, or you WILL BE CHARGED for the full MSRP of the product.

Your refund will be credited to the credit card on file.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
